Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS message with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost, or stolen items once they have been shipped. However, if your order has not arrived or has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Claims for damaged items must be made within 30 days of receipt.
